Currently Recruiting:
Company Administrator
We are seeking a keen and proactive learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a warm, approachable manner. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, show initiative and commitment, and have a meticulous eye for detail.
The Company Administrator plays a central role in supporting the Artistic Director and Executive/Operations Director in the day-to-day running of the Company. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Company’s activities and provides vital administrative support across the organisation.
Trustees
The Board of Trustees meets quarterly to provide governance and vision for Springs Dance Company, which requires the implementation of a range of skills.
We are currently looking for people to join our existing board, in particular:
- A Chair of Trustees
- A Trustee with financial expertise
- Trustees with experience in the arts sector
- Trustees with experience of leadership within churches or similar
