We are regularly recruiting behind the scenes for freelance dancers and teachers, office staff and trustees.

We are actively seeking to build a diverse working culture and leadership team that is reflective of the society we live and work in, so we encourage applications from under-represented communities and groups. 

Currently Recruiting:

Trustees

The Board of Trustees meets quarterly to provide governance and vision for Springs Dance Company, which requires the implementation of a range of skills.

We are currently looking for people to join our existing board, in particular:

  • A Chair of Trustees
  • A Trustee with financial expertise
  • Trustees with experience in the arts sector
  • Trustees with experience of leadership within churches or similar
