Build your own timetable by picking the classes that interest you. Each morning will have two elective slots where you can choose which class you take part in. With classes in a range of techniques and levels as well as creative workshops, there is something for everyone.

Participants will be guided through a creative exploration in movement and dance, with Springs dancers choregraphing a short performance piece. On the final evening, participants will perform their collective new work for an audience alongside Springs Dance Company.

A gentle exercise class that combines movement with meditation on scripture from the book of Psalms. This is a class where wellbeing meets worship and is a brilliant way to warm-up body, soul and spirit ahead of a day of dancing!

Katie’s class is full-bodied and dynamic, with an emphasis on moving freely and expansively through the space. Expect a joy-filled class with a mixture of set material and improvisation to get you feeling warm both outside and in!

Emily will lead a feel-good contemporary technique class that is dynamic, expansive and free-flowing. Inspired by a mix of Cunningham, Limon and Release techniques, this class will allow us to feel energised, invigorated and renewed.

Join Erena from The Natashas Project in an hour of physical theatre. The session will be exploring how to tell stories by using our bodies, breath, voices, expression and most importantly how we work together as a team/company of movers to physically and visually bring a story to life.

Whether you have had experience in much jazz or not, this is a chance to experience classic Jazz technique. Where you can introduce or reacquaint yourself with styles such as Fosse and Matt Mattox. A safe environment to discover foundational core aspects of Jazz Dance in a lively and dynamic fashion.
